I went to Constitution Drive by myself yesterday afternoon. It is known to be haunted by a man who appears to be walking with two dogs. This man was struck by a train and his leg was amputated and he bled to death. Well, ironically, as I am telling this story a man appears walking two dogs. It was really strange. I didn't see him when I turned around to come back. Was he the ghost who haunts this area? It's possible that he didn't appear as an apparition to me because I was driving and not standing still.
